Welcome to Fabio. By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users within the United Arab Emirates and govern your use of Fabio’s services.
1. General
Fabio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received via our accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash on delivery, if available).
Fabio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Delivery
Fabio offers delivery across the UAE. Estimated delivery timeframe is within 72 hours, depending on your location.
Delivery charges may vary based on the order value and shipping location. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of Fabio.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Items eligible for return include standard products. Custom-made, sale items, or accessories are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Product Availability & Descriptions
All products are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified and offered alternatives or a refund.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, and images accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen differences or lighting.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fabio website, including but not limited to text, logos, designs, photos, and graphics, is the property of Fabio and is protected by UAE copyright laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
Customer data is collected and handled in accordance with UAE Data Protection regulations.
Fabio ensures that your personal information is used only for order processing, communication, and marketing (if opted in).

8. Liability
Fabio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
Fabio’s maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
